Description

Mobile alert on GPS lost

When mobile gdebox detects GPS signal lost (e.g. the latest signal was 15 minutes ago while it's configured to get signal for every minute) it's possible to attract user's attention somehow. It can be beep, ring, vibration, sms to self or something else.

Possible reasons of GPS-signal lost:
  • bluetooth connection is down or GPS-receiver too far from mobile phone;
  • gps-receiver lost satellites' signal;
  • gps-receiver battery is down;
  • gps_receiver needs restart due to internal bug/error.
